I think i will get to pass this round... Anyway, lets get to the main point. Today, the three pros( An Rui, Yi Chao and Edmund) wanted to get into bpps to see the teachers and play basektabll and badminton against Mr. Liaow. Mr. Liaow allowed us to go in but the *tooty* general office lady dun let us in... She tok alot of crap like "teachers need to make appointment to let ex-students in..." Wad a load of crap. Training was terrible... Anyway, i am in badminton for those who duno... Training we did foot-work around the hall for 5 sets... 4 different type of foot-work... Dam long lor... For physical work-out, we did 5 sets of 20 push-ups n 2 sets of 50 sit-ups...
